Deep Reduction is the studio band formed by Deniz Tek with members of Pennsilvanian based group The Stump Wizards. While Tek was producing a Stump Wizard's album they had made time to record the single Black Tulip, which then had enough underground success to convince GetHip to grubstake a full length album. The music is a blend of garage punk/pop with electric blues and psychedelia thrown in. Vocals are shared.
